Try giving up all the thoughts that make you feel bad or even just some of them and see how doing that changes your life. You dont need negative thoughts. All they have ever given you was a false self that suffers. They are all lies.

Stop comparing yourself with others. If they are good at something you too are good at something else. Selfconfidence is not measured by your own capabilities versus that of others but by your own needs.

And I know I can do this because I went to London on my own and because I solved the mysteryand I was brave and I wrote a book and that means I can do anything.
