So Abram said to Lot, “Please let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen; for we are brethren.

that you will do us no harm, since we have not touched you, and since we have done nothing to you but good and have sent you away in peace. You are now the blessed of the Lord.’ ”

I am for peace;But when I speak, they are for war.

So he sent his brothers away, and they departed; and he said to them, “See that you do not become troubled along the way.”

I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid;I will rid the land of evil beasts,and the sword will not go through your land.

For you shall have a covenant with the stones of the field,And the beasts of the field shall be at peace with you.

Depart from evil and do good;Seek peace and pursue it.

Blessed Unity of the People of GodBehold, how good and how pleasant it isFor brethren to dwell together in unity!

Blessed are the peacemakers,For they shall be called sons of God.

“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.

Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”

“Glory to God in the highest,And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.

Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.

For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
