looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Delight yourself also in the Lord,And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him;Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way,Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,My soul shall be joyful in my God;For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation,He has covered me with the robe of righteousness,As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;

I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;
knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
They continue this day according to Your ordinances,For all are Your servants.

and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God.
Rejoicing in His inhabited world,And my delight was with the sons of men.

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake,For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad;Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
